Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia via AUSPOST and Sendle depending on customer’s post code. We deliver worldwide. Please find below our shipping rate:

Australia – FREE standard delivery

Australia EXPRESS Post – Available upon request

United Kingdom (UK), Canada, United States (US), New Zealand – $18.95 AUD with tracking (Vinyl), $38 AUD with tracking (True Surface Board)

Rest of the World  – $38 AUD with tracking (Vinyl), $40 AUD with tracking (True Surface Board).

Processing Time

IN STOCK items are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Kindly ensure that your address is correct.
Back Order Status
“Available on back order” means that the item is not currently available for instant delivery, as we are either out of stock, or in the process of printing a new one.

If you order a product with back order stock status, we will immediately start to print a new one for you . New boards will usually take * 5-8 days to dispatch. Some boards already in production may be available sooner.

All features of the backdrop will be exactly the same quality as pictured.

International Delivery

Currently we deliver within Australia and most international destinations. For any international enquiries, please email us on: hello@svpplyco.com.

All international orders (outside of Australia) may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country. Please note: these fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Curls Brush Australia. We ship all international orders DDU (duties delivered unpaid) meaning we do not collect any local taxes/fees in the price charged on the website. Please do consider import duties and taxes if you are shopping internationally.

Payment Methods

We accept direct bank transfer and Credit card payments through PayPal. If you choose to pay through PayPal (or with a credit card through PayPal’s Guest Checkout feature), you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page and then back to Svpply Co to confirm the order.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you do not feel satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem!

Please note; Svpply Co backdrops are custom made and as such cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that a backdrop arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
